A mixed use scheme of Grade A office space and 61 affordable homes.

A 16,000 sq ft office building purchased in 2020 in a joint venture with an experienced property developer. Through a meticulous design strategy and dialogue with both Bromley Council and the wider community, the building was successfully granted planning permission for the demolition of the existing structure and the erection of a new 10 storey building with an additional lower ground floor. This will comprise 18,000 sq ft of Grade A office space on the ground floor and first floor, with 61 residential flats arranged over the nine floors above.

The consented site was eventually sold on to a leading national housing association who will deliver a much needed and all-affordable housing scheme, providing a huge social benefit to Bromley and the wider community.
